Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Jaigajar Technology Private Limited, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the process for cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.


Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 10 days of placing the order.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for shipping or marked as “Out for Delivery.”

  • In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery, and it will be treated as a return.


Refunds

  • Refunds are offered for eligible returns or cancellations in accordance with our [Return Policy].

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the status of your refund request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, card payment, etc.).


Exchanges

  • If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 working days after the returned item passes our quality check.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our customer service team within 10 days of delivery.

  • Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider, but we ensure initiation from our end within the specified period.

  • Certain categories of products may not be eligible for refunds due to hygiene or other reasons. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
