Return & Exchange Policy
At Jaigajar Technology Private Limited, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return, refund, or exchange in accordance with the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be:

Unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Returned with a valid proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation).

Products purchased under a clearance sale, final sale, or special discount offer may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged.
Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, or card payment).
Exchanges

Once an exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is out of stock, a refund may be issued instead.
Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify our customer service team within 10 days of delivery.

Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase.
