At Jaigajar Technology Private Limited, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how we manage order dispatch, delivery timelines, and related processes.


Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders placed on our Platform are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post Speed Post services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation and/or payment.

  • In some cases, the delivery date may vary if a different timeline is agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.


Delivery Timelines

  • The estimated delivery time depends on your location, the courier company’s serviceability, and external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions.

  • The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.


Delivery Address & Confirmation

  • All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by you at the time of purchase.

  • A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once the order is dispatched.


Shipping Costs

  • Any shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where a return is due to a defective or wrong product shipped by us.


Exchange & Replacement Shipping

  • In case of approved exchange or replacement requests, the exchanged/replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to deliveries within India.
